- The purchased items are still in new & sealed conditions.
- You have a valid reason for returning the items.

- Any return request must be submitted in writing via contact us.
Refunds
- Any approved returns shall be credited into the buyer’s wallet in the form of a coupon code.
- No cash or credit card refunds are issued.
Cancellations
- No cancellations allowed once the order is booked for shipment.
